Tom Phillips is the Chief Information Officer for Elavon, a leading global provider of merchant acquiring services and integrated payments processing.  As Chief Information Officer, Tom has global responsibility for all aspects of technology, including application development, architecture, infrastructure operations and security. Prior to joining Elavon in 2013, Tom spent 20 years working internationally with Citibank in Asia Pacific and Europe, where he held senior roles in consumer banking technology. Tom holds a  bachelor’s degree in Economics and German from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona. Tom is married and has two children, who are both attending Georgia Tech.
