Mike Williams
Mike A. Williams, Vice President, Client Delivery Services for FIS outsourcing arm, Global Commercial Services (GCS), is responsible for providing overall leadership, management and strategy for all aspects of IT service delivery for a top tier client. Responsibilities include: Enterprise Architecture, Security, Network, Service Operations, Project Management, Service Desk, Helpdesk, Storage, Server Administration, Database, Account Management and Data Center Management.
Mr. Williams previously was Vice President, Global Service Delivery for FIS Commercial division and Vice President of eBusiness Technology Support teams (formerly eFunds Technology); he made significant service quality and service delivery improvements; added strategic value by enabling revenue growth and reduced costs within FIS’ Commercial, Debit and Prepaid lines of business

Williams joined FIS in 2008. Prior to joining FIS, he was the Vice President and Head of Mainframe and Data Center Services for ING U.S. Financial Services where he led all Mainframe, Data Center Operations, Storage, Server and Remote Office support functions. He successfully led process and operational improvement initiatives that resulted in top and bottom line cost benefits. He further drove behavioral, process improvement and service delivery initiatives with ING’s outsourcing service provider that yielded significant improvements in service quality and cost reduction. In addition to ING, he spent over 18 years with UPS where he rose through the ranks quickly and served in various roles of increasing responsibility within the IT and corporate functions.
Williams is a member of various national and local IT associations and frequently participates as a presenter or panelist in many. A self-described process champion, he is PMP, ITIL and Six Sigma certified.
