Alison Press is the Vice President of the Enterprise Program Management Office within the IT organization at InComm in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a leader of process improvement for Project, Program, and Portfolio Management.
With over 20 years of experience directing enterprise-wide strategic business solutions, Alison continues to find innovative approaches to transform and implement business technology and applications. Well-versed in both the corporate and consulting environments, she is instrumental in the development and adoption of structure, strategies, project work standards, and roadmaps. Using Waterfall, Agile, and mixed methodologies, she leads planning and rollouts for the development of new product delivery life cycles.
Prior to InComm, she led programs at Munich RE, United HealthCare, First Union Bank, CNA P & C and Life, Randstad, and Verizon Telematics. Her experience also includes leading teams in training development and communication planning.
As a volunteer career mentor for Pathbuilders, a professional mentoring and leadership development company, Alison advises and supports other women leaders in their career goals. She also devotes her time and energy to Women in Technology (WIT) to encourage women to excel in technology-related fields.
Alison is a graduate of the University of Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts (BA), and the University of Miami, where she earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA). She has a passion for the arts, and plans her vacation and travel in this pursuit.
